1. Course Cancellation by the Student

1.1 If you wish to cancel your enrolment in a course, you must notify us in writing or through our designated cancellation process. The following cancellation terms and conditions will apply:

Cancellation before or after the Course Commencement Date:

If you cancel your enrolment before or after the course commencement date, no refund will be provided for the course fee. However, under exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other valid reasons, we may consider providing a credit for future courses. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Course Cancellation by Gesto Culinary & Hospitality Academy

2.1 In the event that we need to cancel a course due to insufficient enrolment, unforeseen circumstances, or any other valid reason, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, you will be offered the option to transfer to an alternative course or receive a full refund of the course fee paid on referring another student into the alternative course.

 

3. Refund Processing

3.1 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method used for the enrolment. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institutions involved. We will make reasonable efforts to process refunds promptly.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

4.1 Please note that certain
fees, such as registration fees, application fees, administrative fees, examination fees, uniform fee, semester fee or any other non-refundable fees, are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

5. Changes to Courses

5.1 Gesto Culinary & Hospitality Academy reserves the right to modify or make changes to the courses, schedules, instructors, or any other aspect related to the program. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and provide suitable alternatives or options.
